This is kind of addicting served with apples! When I went looking for the recipe after the Pajama Day post I couldn’t find it and realized I didn’t have it. I guess I’ve never had it except at my mom’s house! Mom sent me the recipe, I made it last night, and the girls devoured it as an after dinner treat. It’s also a popular appetizer.
Pumpkin Dip
- ¾ cup (6 oz.) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese or neufchatel
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Red apple slices
Place all ingredients, except apples, in the food processor and mix until smooth. Serve with sliced apples. Enjoy!
Looks tasty!
