This is Lilly’s story of her trip to Ireland in her own words:
We stayed in a cottage. It was small…no actually, it was cold.
We saw a stone wall fort but we saw cows in the fort. And when we were going to leave the cows followed us.
We got to see a tomb. It had rocks to make the tomb. We saw a rainbow. I got to climb a bunch of rocks.
We got to feed two birds.
We went to the Cliffs of Moher.
The grass was very bouncy.
We went on a boat and on the way there I threw up because I got seasick. Daddy took care of me when I was throwing up. He threw up too. He threw up because he was in the room and he smelled the throw up.

When we got to the island [Inis Mor] I was really cold. Then I got warm by having extra layers. To get around the island we went on a Pony and a Trap.
We went to see a worm-hole.
On the way back to Ireland [the mainland] I sleeped the whole entire way.
We went to go see castles and we got to go into a castle. It was really cool.
And we got Fairy coins. Coins that Fairies leave out for you when they see you. Fairies live in holes in a whole bunch of trees.
We got ice cream in Dingle. I flew a kite.
The mill house had a river. It was like a forest. Mommy, Lilly, Trin and Jana, we all colored together in the mill house in the living room.
